30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you follow the program and feel it has not delivered value, email us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your order in full. No long forms. No interrogation.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@femeaora.com within 30 days of your purchase. Include:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A short note (optional) about why it did not work for you — feedback helps us improve
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Technical Issues We Will Always Fix
If anything below happens, contact us and we will resolve it immediately at no cost — separate from a refund:
- You did not receive your download link
- Your download link is broken or expired
- The file is corrupted or unreadable
- You received the wrong file
What Is Not Refundable
Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase cannot be processed. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may delay support on future orders.
